Return Policy

It is A MUST to contact us before returning the item(s). Buyer should provide strong evidence (i.e. Photo) to show the item has a manufacturing defect. Return without our approval will not be processed.

If the return can fulfill our requirement, we will provide a Refund/Exchange Form. It is A MUST to complete the form and return it with the return item(s).

The final decision of Return/Replacement is made by Babymeister LLC.

All returns must be made with the item(s) in brand new condition within 7 days of arrival.

We reject all USED/ OPENED item(s) for return. Any damage resulted from improper use or lack of maintenance will not be covered in this policy.

The maximum acceptance date is 14 Days upon arrival, with proper authorization; However, Returns which exceeds the 7 days return policy are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns which within 7 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Returns are refunded via credit only or replacement item.

Shipping & handling charges cannot be refunded in anyway.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charge for all situations, including manufacturer’s fault or damage via postal.
